I don't understand why people think they can't change because of the''past''. Sure, some of it will be back but not all of it. If you truly want a fresh start then actually do something about it. Talk does not equal action. If you're going to do or WANT to do something then take some time, and re-view your outcomes and goals for it.You don't also have to be too quick about it as well. Take your time and make it happen in a professional manner.
