Ada shoots the spider, destroying it. Wesker looks up and releases his grip on me. I take a deep breath. He runs at Ada. I catch my breath and force myself up. Turning, I see Ada pinned to the wall. Wesker is has his arm pressed against her neck. Her feet are dangling and he has pne of the spider things in her hand. Across from her, there's a bolted door. The handle looks as though the door is open. I grab my knife and run at him. I aim for his back, the left side. He doesn't realize until the knife is in him. He's so focused on making us his slaves that he's blindsided. He lets go of Ada, stepping back and holding is chest. I grab Ada's arm and make her come with me. I open the door quickly, and she helps me shut it. I lock it and take a deep breath. It all happened so fast, but we're not done yet. This room has two exits. I walk over and lock the other one. Then, the pain hits me. I finally realize how much pain I'm in. Moving as fast as I did, turning like I did....It was way too much for my body to take. I grab my side with my left hand and lean against the wall. I slide down slowly. My breathing is heavier because of the pain. I feel a light hand on my left shoulder and open my eyes to see Ada,"Are you alright?"
I nod, but the look on her face shows that she's not convinced.
"I'm f...."
She cuts me off by putting a finger on my mouth,"I'll try to get a hold of the others. Stay here and rest."
She gets up and walks over to what looks like some kind of communication device. I do as she says, because right now, I don't think I can move.
