that would be so sweet of you to help me with this problem i'm having downloading this!

well, first of all, i had removed all the 2005 microsoft visual C++'s, then only kept the 86x's and got rid of the 64x's, does this look fine? anything else need to go?

Next I went to lolskins.net, downloaded it, found lolskins.rar, right clicked, extracted to lolskins,
now this is where it gets kind of weird.
my norton does this -

when i dont click the "x" and do "view details", this is what it shows -

i looked around a little and couldn't exactly find somewhere to let it allow it or something.
its more difficult than i thought it would be ):

instead I tried to proceed without it accepting it, i tried opening the folder, and instead of showing me whats inside, it opens something up and this is what it does -

and i really can't do anything from there. i tried pressing "close" and seeing if I could view the properties of the files you see there by right clicking, no "properties" button to be found.
