Ugh. I know I should probably write something, but Erica beat me to it, so here goes.
I woke up and decided that today would be a day for fun and frivolity.
So mother gave me some free tickets she had recieved for Village Cinemas.
So Erica was all like "hell yeah" and I'm like "whoo! Let's ask georgia!" and then she's like "holy crap I have to work" then Erica and I are like "Whoah.
So then we organised to take public transport. Which we happily took. Upon arriving at Flinders Station I conveniently remembered where minotaur was located. I bought things.
Then Erica and I dodged traffic whilst boarding a tram we would only be on for under 30 seconds. We then wandered over to the other tram spot, on the way we were ambushed by an AIDs donation collector. He mistook us for Uni students. God. That happens too often to me for me to feel safe. talk2hand
Anyways. Then we tried to catch a tram in the opposite direction of our destination, but then we managed to find the right one. Luckily I actually chose the right direction for Crown. >.> I don't think Erica knew that I had no idea where Crown was.. >.<
Anyways, we got to the movies at 2.00, to find that V for Vendetta was MA 15+ and didn't start until 4.
I acted as if I were definately 18, with a scowl and a slightly sadistic smile. It worked! They didn't ask us for ID!
Anyways, we ate sushi. Then I chose to have a Red Bean Icecream, Erica didn't like the look of the Wasabi or Green Tea Icecream so she suggested that we go find the gelati shop we really liked, which she assured me was really close.
So we walked for about 5 minutes in one direction, then she thought we'd gone the wrong way, so we walked for 10 minutes in the other direction, then she realised that the original direction was right, so we walked for about 15 minutes to her icecream place.
So, we sat down by the river, with our backs to it. So I could check out the tourists who walked past. ;>.> There was quite alot of asians. They looked to be pure blood as well!
Ehh.. Anyways, we had successfully done nothing for 2 hours so then we went to the actual movie.
And oh my god. IT WAS AWESOME!
I was truly inspired.
Whilst in the train station, Erica and I talked about how we would die to overthrow a government, how trains are the best (and traditional) way to bomb a government building. Needless to say, some people looked at us wierdly.
The trip home wasn't particulary enjoyable, as a wierd guy with red, watery eyes kept talking to us.
Seriously. I was about to hurt him.
He was really vulgar and talked to his friend how he was going to engage in sexual activities with his friend's sister.
Ugh.
But a nice japanese guy with cool hair sat across the aisle from us, which means, he was VIRTUALLY SITTING NEXT TO ME! O.O
