~A New Viewpoint~
Natalia strode down the corridor, weaving through people expertly, dodging people before they even touched her. She heard the briefing from all the way down the corridor and cursed under her breath. She sped up and started pushing people gently out of her way. She walked in as the rest of her team ran off. She gave a hasty salute to the commander and jogged off to join them. "Why did I stop to listen to that freaking hothead scientist?" she thought to herself, having been stopped by Narcin who continued his self praise. Natalia did a mental double take as she saw the blonde man from earlier jogging with the group. A strange coincidence. Then she realized that she had seen almost all of them in the pit when she first got of of her stasis. She caught up to Leon and noticed she couldn't hear him breathing. She gave him a weird look and he looked at her. "Can I help you?" he asked with a confused face. She responded with "I... I can't hear you breathing." Not seeing a problem with that statement, Leon raised an eyebrow. She then added, "I have supersensitive hearing. I heard the briefing from back at the pit as I was walking up."
"Impressive. But I'm breathing. Believe me, you don't have to worry about it."
As Leon said that, sure enough, Natalia picked up on it. She shook her head and sighed. "Must've just been a slip up.." she lied. As the team crested around the corner, they saw four very interesting things in front of them.
