I can't belive what happened! Jackie was talking to me yesterday and he kept talking about how he wasn't a great dancer, and how he should just die (again) if he ever had to dance in public, and that he never could live up to my awesome skills. rolleyes pffft, LOL, YEAH RIGHT!!! He's seen me dance, and I look like I just took pain medication! But apparently he thinks i'm great and wanted to prove it. So last night he told me he was gonna take me to dinner, but this wasn't a ordinary dinner, and I had to dress up, and I mean REALLY dress up. So I put on a purple chiffon mini dress, with one shoulder, a black clutch, and my best black heels. I had to have my hair up in a bun, I mean if your gonna dress up, you should at least have your hair up! So I walked into our fave place, the Cyclopse pizzaria, but it was empty, I had to recheck the time to see if I was late. As I checked, I heard a chair pull out, and Jacks voice, "Your chair madame."
It was dimly lit with candles on every table, but it was just himself and I, and of course the cook of the pizzaria. I walked over and sat down, "Why is no one else here?" He just grinned and looked at me and said, "It's just you and I tonight." I couldn't belive it! I had no idea what to say! He rented the entire pizzaria out just for him and I to eat! It was the sweetest thing someone has ever done for me!
After we ate and joked around (and we always do) he asked me to get up. I was confused at first, but then he just took my hand and asked, "May I have this dance?" My face turned red as a beet! Lucky by Jason Marz and Colbie Callat started playing on the sound system. The only thing I could do was say yes! So I got up and we started to dance. No fast dancing, no meduim dancing, but we slow danced. Just himself and I. The twirled me and continued to hold me in his arms as we danced. "I thought you couldn't dance." I asked. He just smiled at me, "From watching you, I learned a few pointers." This was like a scene out of the sucky romance movies you just wanna barf at! But it was sooooo much better.
He kept dancing with me, until he stopped. I asked what was wrong, all he said was, "You are the most goregous ghoul I ever met, especially tonight." And he kissed me softly, then we just stopped dancing and kissed for a bit wink
I'm writing this because I just came home from the date, but it's really late. Brandon was about to rat me out, but I offered to help him with 40% of his art project. And because he's only 8 years and doesn't understand a single ounce of math people put into his head, he agreed. Moment like that you share with someone you love, you never wanna give those up. Ever. You never want them to end, but unfortunatley time thinks otherwise. I don't know what it is, but our realtationship is becoming even stronger latley. I think it's because summers comming up (finally!) and the air is warmer, along with eachothers love. Or maybe because we've been going out for a while, and, we really get each other....you know?
Oh, if only time could stand still.....
