Better late than never, I suppose.
Took my wonderful fiance out to eat for breakfast at a little diner on the main strip in town this morning. I ordered biscuits and sausage gravy, he ordered blueberry pancakes. The food was good, though I have to say the atmosphere was a bit dull, but that's okay. We both still had a nice time.
I kind of wish I could've taken him out to eat on Valentine's day, or on our anniversary the day after, but it all depended on when I recieved my tax return money. Stupid IRS, they suck and I wish I didn't have to deal with them. -.-
Tonight, my fiance came home early from work with little stuffed animals (a bear and a frog) covered in hearts for me, he said that they're a late Valentine's day present to me. It was cute, even if he got them for free... rolleyes
Now I'm just waiting for the other half of my tax returns so he and I can go 50/50 on a gift for us to share. wink Let's just say we're going to be "flying kites" for quite some time. hehe razz
