* Congressman "I won't add one more dollar of debt to the backs of my children" Joe Walsh skipped out on the hearing about the years of back child support he refuses to pay to his actual children for a vote in which he neither voted yes nor no and bunch of media appearances, all of which he considered vastly more important than the welfare of his same children. The judge rightly garnished the deadbeat dad's wages. If he cares so much about his kids, why won't he voluntarily pay for their upkeep?
* Remember that road in New England destroyed by Irene, so people were hiking through the woods to work? They only just passed the appropriation, but they've got a lane open. There is hope the road will be all the way open soon. That is some kick a** fast work.
