I looked and saw your face,
It made my heart speed up its dull pace.
You laughed at my blush,
When you put your fingers to my lips in a hush.
As you stared into my eyes,
I forgot about all my cries.
My cries for you to love me,
My cries for you to be happy.
You smiled and grabbed my hand,
And continued walking with me through the sand.
I stole glances at your perfection now and then,
Wishing that this day would never end.
Truly I do love you,
But when asked about me you loftily reply "who?"
How could I ever explain these feelings,
Without losing you within the dealings.
