SO, your opinion on this situation: You are thirteen, entering puberty. Lilith- in a goth hottie demoness form- shows up in your mirror and talks to you, convincing you that you need to bring magic into the world. You do so, find out not everything is on the up and up, and then mess it up. Great, you've stopped the apocolypse, or at least bought some time.
You're then pulled into a world of God's and Spirits, where you are beset upon by some man eating, illusion casting, shape shifting cat people. Then Nagas. The DnD Monster Compendium, and your own demonic side- did I mention that you're also the Antichrist?
You get summoned by Lilith and the 'princes of hell', a forgotten sun god, an accountant (Mephistopheles) and a Alligator/Dragon/thing with bad breath (Beelzebub). Lilith, helping contain the devil side that is the other half of your *eyeroll*
"wonderful" personality, tells you that she's trying to STOP the end of the world- which for some reason you believe. You're then attacked by some crazy human that sees himself as the next Faust, and kidnaps you from the Demons for his own desires. The Lilim, or as the comic calls them Lilitu, reveal that they tricked the human to get you from the demons and snack on him. You're led to some portal like thing, where they reveal that they're your Aunts- and Lilith (Who's figure you commented on earlier) is actually your mom.
That is the world the main character of the comic, Lazarus, has to deal with. I have to say, at the point in which I find out that my mom is Lilith, I'd have kinda huddled in a corner and waited for someone- or something- to come with the medicine that made the bad images go away.
That or practiced fireballs.
Im just commenting, but seeing Lilith in this light kinda makes me want to make my own version.... Ive already got Azzy, Mikey, Lucy, Uri, Raph, Gabe, Ari and Zak- Maybe I need to add in Lily?
