This is a little story about me and Dir en Grey (and X-Japan)~

You will never find Dir en Grey on any of my playlists (public and personal). So yes, I am aware of them. No, I will not listen to them. A long time ago a little birdie told me that Diru is at war with Mana. Something about an extremely rude public comment made by Kyo towards Mana (this was many years ago you understand). Then I found out about the whole war between Diru and Kisaki (again, long time ago). Then I found out Kyo spits on his fans and other things. Then at college I was in an anime club and the members were sooo obsessed with the members but knew nothing of their songs and one of them (my friend) was actually knowing the songs and liking the songs and not really the members. This happened to be the same year Diru came to Virginia Beach to play a live. The members of the club went and totally snubbed my friend. This left a bad taste in my mouth. (Oh, that wasn't really Diru's fault, but).

And they were produced by Yoshiki of X-Japan. I don't like X-Japan either. OMG, right? How can you not like X-Japan?? I just don't (though I do like Hide). I have listened to the discographies of both of these bands and I was like, "scream scream, boring guitar, boring vocals, what is this...sleep now..."

I also don't like Janne d'arc.

These are the only three bands I have discovered thus far that I didn't like overall. Lucky for fans, if I am reading a Japanese newspaper and I happen across a story about any of these bands (as they are quite popular) I will repeat the news to fans I know (like those on Gaia).
