Emotions We Don't Show

We are the ones who stop and stare.
We are the ones who pretend not to care.
We are the ones who don't laugh much.
We are the ones who try to act tough.
If you don't mind, I'll take my leave.
Are you sure you don't wanna crack a joke, Steve?
Sure you say we cut and glare;
But we don't have to dye our hair.
We always hide behind empty faces,
Never look back, leave no traces.
Our emotions we don't show.
So, why don't you just go?
If you don't mind, I will never speak,
Because, it seems, we never speak a peep.
If you listened I would say,
"So, which @$$ is it today?"
We are the ones who cut and bleed;
Letting emotions flow when you can't see.
We are the ones who don't like home.
Our emotions we won't show.
If you have to go, just stay.
That's what we do every day.
We don't go home; or face a parent's glare;
What do you think? We really don't care.
Emotions we will never show;
I thought that even you would know.
Emotions that which we never reveal;
I's really not that big a deal.
Hey, I thought you'd know;
It's emotions we can't show
