Signature clothing: Black armless sweater jacket with a pulled-back hood, white tank top beneath it, brown baggy shorts with a black belt, black sneakers. Cain wears a small thin belt around his neck as a collar at all times.
Tattoos and scars: A black "VIII" tattooed on his left cheek.

Bio: Cain woke up one day strapped to the inside of a bio-preservation chamber, with complete amnesia and a massive migraine. With only a single name in his mind, "Ann", he broke out of the scientific facility he was trapped in using his newfound psychical powers. Wounding up in the big city with nothing but the clothes in his body, Cain eventually joins forces with [insert RP group here] to find hints at who this "Ann" is, and what does he have to do with her.
Cain has a wide range of psychic powers, from minor mind-reading and telekinesis to force waves and incinerating blasts. His unfamiliarity with them considerably hampers his fighting prowess, and he has to take constant rest breaks to keep himself from shorting out.
