* I keep thinking about how spoiled one would have to be to decide that "if i can't have everything my way all the time, I'll start shooting people."

* The DC RNC, not content with death threats and dangerous vandalism (cutting the line on the propane tank might have gotten people killed) against Congressman Tom Periello and his family, posted the home addresses of his political staff. When it was pointed out how not cool that is, they claimed he deserved it, then tried to hide the evidence. Yep, looks like trying to get Democrats assassinated is official RNC policy now.

* That said, it's always nice to see Megan McCain out and about representing what little is left of moderate Republican opinion. It's a shame she's in political Coventry for being pro-marriage equality and, well, sane and reasonable.

* I salute the Pastor stone and the Heartsong Church in Memphis for sharing their Church buildings with an Islamic Center. It's nice to see there are still grown ups somewhere in the whole debate over mosques.

* I could have gone to meet up tonight, but I was too dizzy to trust my driving. I'm still not sure if I'm sick or if the chlorine is messing me up. Either makes sense. There were a whole list of things I ought to have done this afternoon, but I simple wasn't up to any of it.
