The Orange Tree
The Orange Tree
Among the orange tree we rest. The days of old seem to past. These times seem to be the best. Wish before your dreams are dashed.
Shade your eyes child. Rest a little bit longer. Innocence is on trial. Watch as we grow stronger.
Walk around the orange trees. Angel by my side. Walk till we can see. We stroll the silent line.
Dream sweet child dream. Rest your head on my shoulder. We are who we are meant to be. Always wishing we were older.
Until we meet. Let our dreams grow. Let all sadness we wash out to sea, Listen to what you're told.
Under the orange tree. We sleep our worries away. Till those days are free. One day maybe....
"Ocean is more ancient than the mountains, and freighted with the memories and the dreams of Time."
