She was an assassin among the humans, working for the vampires that'd escaped damnation.
Be the target a vampire, human, or a werewolf, she'd take em out with no questions asked.
Weapon: Uses her trademark sword, sometimes a gun.
Her sword has a long black ribbon on the handle [right behind the guard].
The humans made rumors and stories about her, that she whispers in her victims ear before she kills them.
This amused her, but she began to make the rumors come true.
Each victim gets to hear her voice before they die.
"Don't worry. It's not all that bad," she'd say.
"I died once."
