Mattokenzi Ba-RuMattokenzi Ba-Ru is 15 year old boy, home schooled by his family (1 Grandpa (Dad side) 1 Grandma (Mum's side), Parents, 2 Brothers, 2 Sisters, 3 sibling-in-laws and 5 Nieces) in one house.
In the last days of Summer, he mets Shuei a soul student of Cooledge Academy. Going against his fathers wishes... Matto ran away to the academy to not only master Soul, but forge friendships in the academy.
Shuei RikudoShuei Rikudo is a Prefect in Cooledge Academy, he first met Mattokenzi he had the wrong impression of him but as Matto's 'Soul' has awakened causing chaos in his local gym, Shuei's thoughts about Mattokenzi changed (when trying to protect his only friend/rival in the gym with no experiance with 'Soul').
Shuei dosn't have any elemental powers but he can use cards, beads and chants.
Rafaru YatoRafaru has the power of Earth Soul (and a few other elements). He is dubbed as the 'Shaman of Cooledge'.
In his spare time he runs an after school club and a lunchtime tutoring soul students on elements. He dreams of one day being a teacher.
Part of Shuei's team he is strong and stoic member of the group. Rafaru doesn't like/want to talk about his past.
