Chapter 5: Visiting with 360

It was a bright morning with 720. She occasionally goes to see 360, the father of her dragon son who is 18. She sneaks out of city detection to go see him and let him play alittle with Lance, his son.

Deep in the forbidden forest…
“Come on lance, we mustn’t keep your father waiting, you know how much he hates us being late” 720 said. They were walking toward the oasis that Ryan (360) made near his mountain to stay with 720 and lance when they visit. “Alright mom, when are we getting there, I want to see dad already.” lance complained.

“You always complain about how long It takes to get to your fathers oasis, be grateful I take you once and a while.” 720 said. “Alright mom.” Lance was looking at the ground while following 720. They kept walking until 720 paused. “What’s wrong mom?” Lance asked. She didn’t answer. She stood there. “Mom?” lance questioned.

“Shh lance….something’s out there, and it isn’t your father.” 720 whispered. She looked slowly around until a figure appeared. “Who are you?” 720 questioned in fear. It was slithering. Lance started to kneel and get into a fighting stance and started to growl. “You must be brave to enter this forest human, especially if your in the Lambda Corporation.” The figure said in a low hissing voice. “What are you talking about?! I always come through here to see 360!” 720 yelled. The figure started to clear up until they got a clear look at the creature, it was a Female naga.

“360? I haven’t heard those unit numbers in so long. That specific unit was the silver dragon that escaped Lambda?” the naga asked. “Yes he is” 720 replied. The naga jus stood there, staring at 720.

“like I’ll ever believe that.” the naga said. The naga lunged forward and was blasting toward 720. It seemed like slow-motion when a large figure appeared and grabbed the naga. The naga fell to the ground with a thud and she looked up to see what had attacked her. “…3-360?!” she said, her hand over her face in fear.

“What makes you think you can attack my mate?” the large dragon said. “I-I’m sorry, 360. Please forgive me, I didn’t know!” the naga pleaded in fear. 360 lowered his head and licked the nagas cheek “I forgive you selina, just make sure you know who you’re attack next time.” 360 said. He slowly turned around to look at Lance and 360. “Hello Lance, did you miss me?” 360 asked. Lance quickly ran toward 360 nuzzled him. “Yes dad, I always miss every second.” lance replied.

“So, 720. Sorry for the scare, this is my old friends, Selina. Selina, this is 720, my mate.” 360said. She slowly slithered toward 720 and held out her hand. “I’m sorry I almost attacked you.” she said. 720 slowly reached out and shook her hand. “It’s okay, you didn’t know.”

“wait, someone’s watching us……” 360 said. He started sniffing the air and started to sniff in deeply. He quickly turned around and pounced something deep within the forest trees.

“GAH! HELP ME! GE-GET- GIT IT, GET IT OFF ME!” said a loud screaming in plea. Everyone quickly ran / slithered to where 360 had pounced and saw he caught a Lambda Unit. “oh, that’s-that’s 880!” 720 yelled. 360 slowly licked his lips and stared at 880 with hunger. 880 stared at the dragon with fear, seeing what the dragon was thinking. “STOP!” 720 yelled. 360 didn’t respond and slowly lowered his maw. Lance quickly jumped in the way and clawed his jaw away and growled at 360.

“What’s wrong?” asked 360. “880 is a friend of mom and me, I can’t let you hurt him.” Lance said, baring his teeth and claws. “You stand up to your father to protect someone, that’s my boy” 360 said, Nuzzling Lance. 360 got off of 880 and 880 slowly got up. 720 went up to 880, “What are you doing here? Whya re you following me?!” . “I saw you go into the forbidden forest, so I followed you and…. Is that you ..selina?” 880 asked. Selina tilted her head in confusion. “Do I know you?” selina asked. “It’s me, 880. Your friend back when you were being tested on back at Lambda Test Chambers, I was the one who treated you with a different manner.” 880 said. Selina slowly straightened he head until she quickly hugged 880.

“Oh how I’ve missed you, I thought I would never see you again!” selina said, hugging 880 tight.

“I…. missed… you…too” 880 tried to gasp out from the hug from selina, He was being hugged by her arms and coils.
