You take my hand
to take my pain away.
But being here with you
is where I rather stay.
Tonight is the end,
Tonight ruined how our new life
would of began....

My beautiful Samurai in Shogun armor
You've protected me and kept your honor.
And through all the nights
and through all the days
You showed me how to love in several different ways.

I was just a simple girl
the daughter of a farmer.
Your a man of royalty and blessed with great honor.
Though we walk through different paths
we still found a way
to be together until this final day.

My beautiful Samurai in Shogun armor,
you fought to live
you fought for me,
you fought for love that could never be.

And even though it is too late
I already knew of this fate.
But even in the afterlife you shall always be my soulmate.

I was just the daughter of a farmer,
who fell in love with the boy who came to be
a man dressed in Shogun armor.
I saw life so simple and plain
but meeting you
my view has forever changed.

My beautiful Samurai in Shogun armor
you fell in love with a country girl,
the daughter of a farmer.
Now her blood flows out of her like a stream of water
just like the tears raining down on your red armor.

Please don't dim your bright eyes.
I hope you know that true love never dies.
