D. Gray-Man (an exorcist)
“Man I am finally going home,” I thought as I sat in the train car by myself. It was nice to be able to relax after fighting akuma and trying to find any trace innocents in the chaos. “It’s been months since I have been home… I am going to enjoy the one night I have to sleep in my bed.” He said puling out a book and starts to read it. It’s true an exorcist never really gets a long break from their job. They are at war after all.
All an exorcist does is find innocents, fight akuma and hope to save lives in exchange for their energy or even their own lives. But that’s what they signed up for when the innocents choose them to use them in battle. These people that must fight with out a say have to spend their lives away from their families but also time away from their new home to make sure everything will be ok for the world.
But for them, as long as they can say hello to their family members every once in awhile in person they are fine. As long as they can sleep in their bed, at the order after several months of running around after a lead on some thing that can help them save the world.
“Man, I wonder how long my next mission will take,” he muttered resting his cheek in the palm of his hand, “hopefully it’s just for a month and not four… wow I am dreaming.” He said chuckling to him self as the weird shaped mountain, in which his home was on, came in to view. “But I guess it doesn’t matter… I think I am used to it now.” He smiled as stared out his window as he was almost home.
