Harmony
We all share similar lives on earth
Hands in the dirt
Fair share of work
But why should it always end in hurt?
We are similar in ways
Mean what we say
Finish each day
But it ends in suffering anyway
We have our own mind
See with different eyes
But put these aside
And it still ends in fire
Shouldn't we remember
When we were each other's defenders
How we never surrendered
Wholesome people, no pretenders
My only wish is to see us join arm
The love and kinship being like sparks
Being united with one beating heart
Never seeing us draw apart
We all share similar lives on earth
Hands in the dirt
Fair share of work
But why should it always end in hurt?
We are similar in ways
Mean what we say
Finish each day
But it ends in suffering anyway
We have our own mind
See with different eyes
But put these aside
And it still ends in fire
Shouldn't we remember
When we were each other's defenders
How we never surrendered
Wholesome people, no pretenders
My only wish is to see us join arm
The love and kinship being like sparks
Being united with one beating heart
Never seeing us draw apart
This ones a lot deeper than my other light and humorous stuff >.>

Oh! and if you have any suggestions on rewording the last stanza, to make it sound smoother, (and less cheesey) It would be greatly appreciated!!
