Being charged $135. Was almost charged an additional $450 for a service I didn't request. Went through a total of three hours of tech support. A week of waiting for my modem. An hour of set-up. An hour of moving my computer to my room. Fifteen minutes of me trying to dismember my living room table to move into my room to put my computer on before I finally realized that removing the heater door, the bathroom door, and the brace for the table will STILL not allow it to fit. The twenty minutes of looking for my phone line in the first place so I could actually plug into it.
Worth it?
