Lies! Clear the filth from your mouth,
Words that cling tooth to tooth!
Cries! Deafening your afflictions,
A disease buried by unfathomable truth!
Everything you see falls to ashes,
Everyone you knew was but smoke,
All hope and dreams falls and crashes,
Down to a hell you hath evoked!
To bring forth a rapture of a life once thought bliss,
Cloaked in mediocrity and subtle paranoia,
Hell bent for lepers of love and it's awkward embrace,
An insanity twisted by human nature,
Death whispered a lullaby and you took it as pleasure,
Witness the sinful disgrace of compassion,
Empathy to apathy and blasphemy come rot,
What sickness has cursed this affection?!
Seeking compassion in the arms of another,
A fool's errand and a lesser quest,
War reign supreme in vanity's nightmare,
Bloodlust and hate now infinite zest!
Madness thought to put a stopper in the human mind,
Now realization brings one greed,
Not material but ethereal, in the realm of the divine,
Bless those words we did not heed!
Deceit is contempt in this world that we walk,
A fortune of splendor in the throngs of awakening,
If pain is what you pleasure, then that you shall receive,
Lords of virulence feed truth soaked in tragedy!

What pitiful hope in this mortal longing, since all that may glance upon thine face with interest will pass from thine graces in due time.
