I called Job Corp today. Talked with the woman who's been handling my application since I first tried to apply, five months ago. I had talked to her two months ago, and she had said on that date that she would be sending out my application the following friday.
I called her today.
She hasn't sent it because I didn't call back every two weeks. That's what she said, that I hadn't expressed interest recently. She said she had told me to continue calling.
This is the OPPOSITE of what she told me. She told me that it was optional, but I was allowed to call once a month to check the status of my application. She said not to call sooner than a month, though. She gave me a reason, but I don't know why. And I got in trouble for listening to that flakey little b***h that doesn't have her s**t together.
*sigh*
I could've been trained in computer tech by now.
