Rantings of the Human Mind
Trying to find out what's real, pain, stress, and nervous are what I feel, other emotions have been turned into a worn out shield, but weapons a soldier must wield, no last meal, no good-byes, flashbacks have me asking why, holding back tears trying not to cry, battling my own mind, taking one last sigh, love will never be with I, no more being shy, no more reasons to try, no more holding back, starting to cry, emotions released, no more inner beast, "What's left in life?" trying to think, insanity stopping at the brink, opening eyes to a new, good life, trying not to blink, remembering those who are kind, inner light beginning to shine, but these thoughts are just mine, my rantings of the human mind...
