The first topic to today is DISAPPOINTMENT
Im pretty sure that everyone has felt disappointment some time in
there life. Maybe you have been disappointed in yourself or someone's
been disappointed in you. For example your parents are dissppointed
in you because your not the smart kid that they expected. like that
you don't get good grades or your not some football star.
Well im going to tell you this. You can't be what people expect you
to be. you shouldn't care if your parents are disappointed in you
you are you and you can't change who you are. You should be happy
with yourself.
Here is a small simple exercise that you don't have to do it unless you
want too. Go get a piece of paper and write down Everything that your
proud of about yourself it can be anything from your first A on a test
To Having a lot of friends whatever it is write it down and stick on your
wall or somewhere you can find it. So that if anyone said that they're
disappointed of you for something or that you feel disappointed
in yourself and feel sad go find that paper and read all the things that
your proud of about yourself. Trust me it will make you feel better
inside.
