Description - Tara is a thin, delicate looking girl. Her hair, while a natural black, has been permanently enchanted or dyed to a pale purple. She usually wears it up in some crazy style. Tara has gray eyes, which is rare in her family. They gleam with madness when it's not concealed behind a spaced-out stare. She is rather flat chested, but prefers to hide this fact through either mundane or magical means. Tara dresses relatively normally, considering her condition, though her outfits are never completely in the norm.

Personality - Tara is absolutely stark raving mad. She talks to herself on a regular basis, obsesses over anything that catches her interest, and loves to mess with those she deems 'not fun'. Everything Tara does is ruled by it's fun factor; namely, how much entertainment she can get out of it, through pranks, general mayhem, etc. She is more of a quiet insane, though, and while she may not be the brightest girl around, she can be quite devious when she concentrates. Overall, Tara is a dangerous girl to have around, as you may never know when she'll turn on you.
Character History - Tara's history is also somewhat undeveloped. She was always a 'special' child. She never played well with others, and would often stare into space for hours on end. Her parents loved their little girl, but when reports came from school of Tara's various misdeeds and eccentricities, they finally broke down and sent her to a mental institution. She spent a good portion of her life there, and there was where she finally went truly insane. After nearly a decade, the mental institution closed down, and the most dangerous inmates were sent to other institutions. Tara managed to win her freedom.
Tara was always a magical girl, though no one, not even her, knew it. She had always thought that everyone had been able to make the elaborate illusions she could. After time in the institution, she realized that she was special, unique in her ability. After gaining her freedom, Tara hones her skills on unsuspecting people from all walks of life, bending them to her will through deception, coercion, or even straight brute force.

Abilities (This is if Tara is in a magical universe)
Illusion Magic- Based on my imagination and on the Illusion school in Oblivion. Tara can create illusions that can fool all five senses, though she mostly concentrates on sight and smell. Some of her illusions play directly on the emotions. She can make you love her, fear her, fight for her, or or sink you into a depression so deep you'll want to die. She can blend in very well with her surroundings if she wants to, or even disappear completely. Tara is a full will caster; she has no formal training whatsoever, but she's been practicing with her gift all her life. Her illusions will last as long as she wants them to, though some tire her out more than others.
Telepathy - Tara has the barest amount of telepathy, which she subconsciously uses to get a sense of a person's fears and weaknesses. For example, one person may fear wolves and have a weakness for cherry pie.
Personal history - Tara's been kinda pushed aside recently. Mostly it's because I haven't found any modern RPs I really enjoy. I hope to turn that around very soon.
