...Doesn't exist. Humans define their very existence, personality, traits, values, morals, and oftentimes even their sexuality by the trials and tribulations they've undertaken throughout their life; the obstacles they've either overcome or allowed to pull them under. An ideal world where nobody fights and nobody has any problems doesn't exist. When there is harmony, humans have a tendency to not only get bored, but to create strife (whether intentionally or unintentionally) in order to fill the existence.
Think about it. Don't we, as living beings, often remember the bad times much stronger when our lives are going pretty good; when there IS no strife? We keep reminding ourselves of all the bad in the world, whether because we want to appreciate the good, dwell on what could have been, or just to remember so that our past won't be lost in new memories.
Even in the first age, there was at least one person, I'm sure, who was causing strife and hardship for everyone else. Someone wasn't a good person and caused trouble for others.

Humans can't exist without an imperfect world, where there is fighting and terror and hardships. Because if such a world existed now... it wouldn't really be considered living. It would be moving throughout time with no sense of reality, no appreciation for the happiness because we've never experienced sadness, and no individuality. Our imperfect life is what makes us human.
