He was traveling in a group of two other males and three females. “James, do you even know where you’re going?” Samantha’s high-pitched voice was incredibly annoying. James smiled at her, like the first day they had met. James and Samantha had hit it off from the first day they had met, which was three years ago. They are engaged now.
James’ wet hair shined in the passing lights. Black as night. His eyes the same, everyone in the group of six had the same eye color. A deep brown almost black. His skin was a russet color.
“Yes, I may not know exactly where, but Stephan is worried about that girl he’d seen earlier.” James’ voice was slightly annoyed. “He wont shut up about it.” He mumbled.
“No one said you had to listen.” Stephan snapped.
Samantha ignored Stephan’s remark. “Why? He already has Marie. She’s a catch!” Samantha’s volume audible for miles. Her straight blond hair hung over James’ shoulder as she leaned forward to kiss his cheek. Her lightly cream skin shined like James’ hair.
“I never said I wanted her! Our job is to help those who need help! She looked as though she needed help!” Stephan shouted. Marie looked over at him, her dark brown curls caressing her oval face. Her hair was chin length, reflecting the color of her skin.
“What woman are you talking about, anyways?” Valerie’s voice was a monotone. Her and Marie are twins, identically alike both in physical and personality wise.
“The one in the group?” Blair coughed. He was right; she was traveling in a group. A group of only men.
“Did you see how they looked at her?” Stephan growled. Just the mere memory made him absolutely sure that there was nothing good to come of the group she was involved with.
“Yes, as though she were their leader! Any danger that would come of that group would be because of her, Stephan!” Samantha obviously didn’t like the girl she had never even been acquainted with. “She looks like a trouble maker. I bet she’s playing all those guys too. Did you notice she was the only female there?” Samantha continued to rant on and on about the poor, innocent girl.
“Will you just stop!? You don’t even know her!” Stephan’s voice was pained and angered.
“Neither do you!” Samantha accused.
“She’s in trouble, I can feel it.” Stephan mumbled.
“Really?” Samantha’s voice was so apologetic it made Stephan look at her. Her eyes were full of guilt and shame. She brought her right hand up to his left cheek; it looked as though she were going to stroke his cheek. She smacked him…Hard. “Could you feel that too?” Her voice was furious. His hand stroked the red handprint on his left cheek. “You have utterly lost your mind, you know what risk this is putting us in. A group is never a good thing to mess with!” She glowered.
Stephan ignored the second comment but stayed locked on the first one. “Say what you wish. I’m going to look for her though. She never looked like trouble to me, no those guys are the ones who looked like the real trouble.”
