Okay then. This entry will be a compilation entry for both yesterday and today.
First of all, yesterday was more or less, relatively dull. I basically lazed on my couch and played video games most of the day because, until I am able to get an apartment in a place where I can actually be able to get and maintain a job, I won't be able to do anything at all. However, in Yugioh news, a friend of mine gave me a sneak preview of the September banlist. What did I find on the "0 per deck" part of the banlist? Dark Strike Fighter, the one card that I was proud to have 3 copies of. This knowledge in hand, I put two of my three copies of the card on eBay.
However, when I checked eBay, I had found that the price dropped from the $80 listing that it was normally at all the way down to the $20-30 price range. So I ended up putting two of my three copies up at a $30 buy it now price with an open ended bidding price. As of now, I am attempting to rebuild my deck centered around a new card that I am proud of and certainly want more copies of: Chimeratech Fortress Dragon.
The deck would continue to focus around the synchro support I already have, but adding the Chimeratech Fortress Dragon support, such as DNA Surgery, Light of Intervention, and Proto-Cyber Dragon. Also, due to Monster Reborn being taken off the banlist once again, I do plan to replace it with Dark Eruption, a nifty little card that allows me to grab cards from my graveyard to my hand.
After all was said and done, I managed to complete a beta version of the deck I had developed and I was done with it.
Then today, I did more of the same in terms of laying on my couch and playing video games because, to be honest, I really don't have anything better to do. However, I was presented with the rare opportunity to leave my house! Yay! Anyway, my mother wanted me to help her get a new air conditioner since the two we aready had were destroyed.
So anyway, we went into Target (Because my mother can't decide if she hates Target or Wal-Mart more, so it changes every other week) and we got the Air Conditioner and a few other things. In any case, fast-forward to getting home after listening to my mother b***h about why she hates Wal-Mart over Target this week and listening to Howie Carr (Fantastic radio program, by the way. Check him out!), I got the Air Conditioner in the window and working, having to explain how it worked to my mother before I walked into my room to continue what I always do while my mother was having fun playing with the remote that came with it.
Now It's about 7:30 PM right now, so I dunno if anything else overly exciting will happen right now, but if it does, I'll be sure to post it another time.

Oh yeah. I watched the Comedy Central Roast of Joan Rivers the other night. I loved it, personally. I'll give critiques of all the comedians on the deus and what I thought:
Kathy Griffin: She was definitely and absolutely on her A-Game with this event. Fantastic job!
Greg Giraldo: He sounded like he always did, which was pretty much as if he was reading off of a Teleprompter behind the camera. Nothing wrong with that, but I didn't really feel much energy from his jokes.
Jeffrey Ross: Always a pleasure to see him on the deus. I'm not attracted to him in the slightest, but he always tends to bring some good material to the roasts. Kudos!
Gilbert Gottfried: He's like he always is. I swear sometimes, it's like he writes his jokes while on the bong and then strings them together when he's sober later. Just the weirdest a** s**t you could ever conceive of in a very cleverly constructed story. But seriously, it was weird, but hillarious at the same time. Also, for the guy with the longest airtime of everyone else (save Joan Rivers herself), he rarely ever took a breath. Well done, Gilbert. You're one freaky a**, squinty-eyed weirdo, but that's what makes you special on the deus.
Carl Reiner: Way to make all of us feel young, Carl. I swear, he played such an innocent old retired comic that had just been let out of his cage. I laughed not because he was overly funny, but because how he approached his entire act was ADORABLE.
Mario Cantone: He seemed to struggle a little bit on stage, merely imitating dead actors/actresses while on stage. I personally think that he could have done so much better than he did.
Brad Garrett: Holy crap did this guy surprise me! I didn't think he was that good at all, but he really surprised me as being probably one of the best if not THE best out of anyone, including Kathy and Joan themselves.
Joan Rivers: She wasn't bad at all, I daresay. She acted as if she was ashamed and appalled the entire time and it really added to the humor of it all.
Anyway, it was a nice roast this time around. Well done, everyone on the deus.

That's all I got for now! Ciao!
