ok, so i'm super-duper happy 2day 4 many reasons! i hav a ton of energy (thank u caffeine) & im going mountain biking with the fam then maybe going 4 a run with my dog & my friend. also, im spring/summer cleaning & im almost done!! & then im also just happy 2day; i slept well, i woke up happy, not tired, & 2day is a beautiful day, so y shudnt i b happy? anyways, 4 those of u who feel like i felt yesterday (like staying in my pj's 4ever & just sulking in my depression), get up & DO SOMETHING!! i went mountain biking with my dad, my bro, & my dog, & afterwards, i felt rly good! i was crying yesterday 4 no reason, but when i got back from biking, i was tired & hungry, & in a little bit of pain from my wrists & calfs, but happy. so just get up, dress up, & show up. smile but i hav a question 4 any people that actually read this:
what do u do if ur slightly depressed/sad? do u just wallow in it, or do u try 2 beat the blues?
