to buy or not to buy save me from this nightmare! me and my husband want to buy a house but eveyhouse i look at theres non in our range and they need fixed badly. i would rather buy a house that i know we can fixed. i want to cry there seems to be no house that we can afford or will afford with a loan that won't need a lot of fixing. i don't know what to do. talk2hand
