It'll be about a girl who is a human experiment in a medical facility (or a hospital, I'm not sure yet...) who finds refuge in her own sanctuary, which amazingly resembles our idea of the stereotypical, Satanic hell. In Hell, she is its master and mistress and has many servants, all who bend-over-backwards to please her desires. It is this fantasy that allows this girl to "escape" from the hellish medical treatment that she receives from the doctors every day of her life...
I realize this story will be extremely controversial, so that's why I'm planning on finishing the SOATM series before starting "Asylum". I need to get myself established as a writer first, you know? ;D Anyways, here's a preview of my new novella. Feel free to leave comments and/or suggestions. EDIT: As you may or may not have noticed, the novella's title has been changed to "Asylum". I think it's better than the original title, "Hellish Hospital", don't you agree? Confinement
A sudden hollow banging on the cell door jolted me awake to sudden awareness. I lifted my head to slowly look at the source of the noise, thoughts of dread passing through my mind. Was it that time again? What were they going to inject into my bloodstream now? A cancer tumor? A vitamin vaccine? My heart thudded in my ears and I touched the icy cold metal band around my neck that had my identification number engraved in its surface.
The cell door opened and a lady in her forties came in, holding a tray. She wore a white lab coat, perfectly clean and spotless, as well as white gloves. "Here you are No. 42," she greeted me cheerily as she set down the tray, "your lunch. Enjoy!" She turned away quickly and closed the door behind her with a bang.
I stared down at the pitiful excuse of a lunch and pushed it away, too weak and malnourished to throw it against the wall. The scientists wanted me to eat so I wouldn't waste away, but that was part of my plan. I knew I couldn't escape from this hellhole alive.
The scientists worked in the lab 24-7, devising new cures and vaccines in order to test them on us. We are their human rats, after all. As well as the constant surveillance was the formidable thick metal mirror walls of the building that were impossible to tear down with explosives. My cell was made out of these walls...and my cell door required a code to open it.
I gazed at myself through a wall's reflective surface. My skin was pale and sunken into my bones, my eyes empty and fathomless. The only way way out of here was to die, I realized a long time ago. I hugged my bony knees to my skeleton chest and began to rock back and forth. I silently prayed for my death to come quickly.
...I realized how this could make a great anime. =D Anyways, I hope you liked it! ^^

And as for what you’ve already got I like. You are a very good writer. I’m thinking, though, that soon she would be force fed, no? ‘Cause if the doctors do not want her to die, then they’d probably just go ahead and do what they needed to keep her thriving (‘specially since they can tell that she’s refusing her food).
And wouldn’t it be an idea if the girl’s name was never learned? Since she’d be the ruler of her sanctuary, then she’d be referred to as “Mistress” or something, but in reality she’s “42”…I ‘unno, I suddenly wanted to butt in xD
Anyways, I do like it and hope to see some more of it.
