♪ Day 1 - On the Road to Chicago… ♪

List of Exciting Adventures We Did Today:
- Spent about eight hours to get to Chicago. Ugh ]x
- I got to try “Seaweed Chips” (Bleh…) Might as well call it “Ick-Chips.” >_>
- Got a glimpse of Chinatown in Chicago. Now I know what souvenirs to get! Mawhahaha. ;]
- We rented a fancy hotel. No Internet. ]; Had a pool, though. > _ >
- The pillows were mountains!


♪ Day 2 - Hello, Chicago! ♪

List of Exciting Adventures We Did Today:
- Went to Chinatown, Chicago again and bought souvenirs this time. ;P
My souvenirs were swords, lol…
- My family and I ate at a Chinese restaurant. YUM.
- Went to Chinatown Square and looked at the ancient Zodiac Statues with the descriptions. Mine was the Ox. O _ O
- Bought really, really cold smoothies. BRAIN FREEZE!! X _ X
- Went to the fantastic ( and humongous ) Field Museum..! I ♥ the Dinosaur Exhibit!
- We spent another night at the hotel with mountain sized pillows. Lols.


♪ Day 3 - To St. Louis, Missouri! ♪

List of Exciting Adventures We Did Today:
- Started the trip to St. Louis. Duh.
- We went to the “Gateway to the West” ( An enormous arch! )
- Saw the view from the top of the arch. IT WAS TOTALLY RAD! ! !
- Then, we walked a whopping ten blocks to get to the hat store Carlson wanted to go to, but we stopped at a store ( CeiCei ) on the way. I got a sapphire butterfly necklace there. ^-^
- Rented another hotel with a pool and Internet! ;D


♪ Day 4 - OH EM GEE, MAGIC HOUSE!! ♪

List of Exciting Adventures We Did Today:
- We went to the exciting Magic House! ;P ( St. Louis Children Museum )
- Traveled to the next city: Kansas City.
- Rented ANOTHER hotel with a pool, but the Internet sucks and won’t work! Darn it. ]X
- I learned that “Ice Age: The Dawn of the Dinosaurs” came out in theaters today! WOO! xD


♪ Day 5 - Traveling Around Kansas City! ♪

List of Exciting Adventures We Did Today:
- Went to Paradise Park.
- Played minigolf, got to do some rock climbing, played bumper cars, and drove my first Go Kart! ( All of this was at Paradise Park. ;P ) Rock climbing and Go Karts were the most fun parts there. ^-^
- On the road, again, to Iowa. Don’t know what the city was, though.
- Rented a REALLY fancy hotel with great Internet connection, pools, and breakfast! ;]


♪ Day 6 - Good Morning Des Moines, Iowa! ♪

List of Exciting Adventures We Did Today:
- Walked around the Town Square, looking for a postcard for Cassie…. Unfortunately, we couldn’t find any. ;l Sorry, Cassie…
- Went to this SPECTACULAR Art Center! I got this cool bookmark with one of the many paintings that were in the building. It’s very “Artsy.” XD
- After the Art Center, we went to the capital of Iowa: Des Moines.
- We came to this fancy building ( Not a hotel. xP ) and I guessed it was the main building in Des Moines. It wasn’t opened for tours, sadly. :[ We looked at the old statues that were around or surrounding it, though. [x Very fascinating.
- Then, we went to the most exciting part of our road trip: the Science Center! There was so much fun stuff we did in there that I can’t type all of them. XD All I have to say is… EVERYTHING WAS SO DANG AWESOME. ;]
- Finally heading back to Shakopee, Minnesota… I wanted to travel more, though. ;P ( I was the only one who wanted to. xD )
- On the way there, we stopped at a gas station. Guess what? IT HAD POSTCARDS!! But, the place smelled like the other end of a cow… PEEU!!!!!!!!!! T _ T
