Oh joy, the quest begins.
right away when the sun came up we set out on our quest. Phelia decided we should go to Poseidon's realm first and get some weapons from the Cyclop Forges by Santa Monica.. x\ Connor does not like water, and i'm not so fond of it either.
Grrr.. i'm already on edge becuz of waking up so early but now this? erghh, i'm gonna wait by the shore. since Alannis can breathe underwater she can go under herself, and i doubt Phelia will be any more willing than me. she's gonna be down there for a day or two; she can bring some sandwhichs if she gets hungry under there. i hope she doesn't mind slighty soggy turkey sandwhichs.
So Connor and I flew to LA while Phelia drove i think but Alannis took a pegasus. we met up at around 3 and headed to the Santa Monica beach to get the weapons.
The beach was nice I guess. i loved how the sky looked. i felt bad for Connor, he got really freaked out when we got to the shore.
But Alannis just had to comment, "Ah, come on you big baby! It's just the water!"
Okay, that really ticked me off. She doesn't have to make fun of Connor like that!!!
"Hey!!" I said through gritted teeth, "watch it!! So what if he's afraid of water?!?! You're probably scared of something stupid too!!!"
Then we just kept going at it and fought and fought, my temper rising as my voice did, when Phelia finally screamed,
"WOULD YOU BOTH JUST ZIP IT!?!!!?!?!? WE'RE TRYING TO GET SOMETHING EXTREMELY IMPORTANT ACCOMPLISHED AND YOU 2 CANT SET APART YOUR FATHER'S PETTY DISAGREEMENTS?!?!"
See, Zeus and Hades get along, but Zeus and Poseidon always go at it, and their kids are the same too.
We finally got calmed down a bit, but i was still fuming. Connor was sitting down on the beach with his goat tail between his legs, and eyes shut tight. I plopped down next to him while Alannis called some Hippocampi to take her to Poseidon's palace. Then finally at sunset, Alannis and her Hippocampi disapeared under the waves and into the ocean. . .
