Specialties/Superpower: Extremely agile and abnormal reflexes. Her supernatural power is a strange ability to interact, tamper, and even disrupt electrical appliances, such as, telephones, power lines, cameras, and televisions.
Weakness:Though she is both agile and fast, she is very weak when it comes to battles of strength. She can be easily overpowered in close range fighting and hand to hand combat.
Bio: As a child and growing up Alexis lived with her mother, an image and money loving gold digger that used her looks to get what she wanted. The two both never really liked the other, her mother only saw Alexis as a means to get money from her enigmatic father, whom only came home when he needed a place to hide from the cops. Alexis only saw her mother as a cold-hearted stranger. Alexis's father was an overseas Russian mafia member that moved to America to send stolen confidential information back to Russia every now and then. He wasn't actually planning to have children, and at the very least a daughter, but due to a one night stand gone wrong, or for her mother gone according to plan. He got the family he had never really thought about having. Alexis showed a great interest in mechanics and building electrical devices. Something her mother couldn't seem to stand. The two got in an arguement and like always her mother pulled the "I'll be telling your father about this" routine. And when the arguement ended not the way she had planned she actually went through with her threat. But Alexis's father saw this as a golden oppertunity than as a sore spot. He convinced Alexis to continue her interests. Eventually he had formed her into a genius in the electrician field. She became a great tool in removing security camera's, shutting off powervlines, and disarming any alarms that happened to be in the way of his job. Alexis found nothing wrong with what she was doing, seeing each of her fathers obstacles more as a challenge to overcome. Every time she succeeded she felt a strange feeling of strength. Meanwhile her father was beginning to go mad with his knew found power. Soon he wasn't just stealing information from backstreet mobs. He moved on to stealing diamonds and weapons, to murdering fellow criminals that did him some wrong, and sometimes he did madder things each time convincing Alexis that they were justified in what they were doing. Her father's madness began to rub off on Alexis. When she turned seventeen she was in the middle of shutting down on of the most highly secured buildings she'd ever done. A laboratory that was working on some strange new weapon. Alexis and her father were halfway to their goal when one of the vigilantes interfered. Alexis was working on shutting down weapons alarm and power box. She was secured the to power box until her father, whom was trying to escape, was taken down. One of her father's stray bullets hit the power box, Alexis had no way of escape. While her father and the vigilant ran from the room Alexis was being electrocuted with the weapons power. The voltage should have killed her, it almost did, the last things she remembered before she blacked out was her father raving madly that he was going to destroy the vigilantes and all the other heroes. And that would be the only thing she would remember about her crummy past. When she awoke several weeks later in a hospital, police were waiting to question her. When the authorities entered her room, she caused her heart monitor to explode and made an escape. She couldn't remember much from that terrible night, but she knew that she had to destroy the heroes. And that has been her goal ever since.
