Derek The next morning held a very interesting plot of events. After we all had awoken, I was the first to suggest that we practice our fighting skills. "What?! No way! I am not going to fight in this open, horribly dry field Derek!" Sal shouted at me. "Sal! Be quiet! We must repect Derek's orders. He's more than just your cousin now, Sal! He's our leader!" The sun was bright yellow in the exact center of the sky. That meant we overslept, alot. "Sal, take out your gauntlets." I commanded him. He did as I said and got into his fighting stance. Fists positioned like a boxer's, and crouching down. "Okay Sal, attack me!" Sal rushed at me with speed that I expected. He was slow and predictable. Swinging violently with his psychic gauntlets sending out waves of energy. Easily dodgable. I ducked and pivoted, and even simply tilted my body to avoid him, until gentally tapping his chest with my palm. Sal shot onto is back, with a blazing green flame under him. "Gah!" He yelled. "Sal, swing with more precise accuracy. Swing where I'm going to be, not where I am. If you don't, you'll never defeat Abbys' right hand man, Celestio." My voice got weak when I said Abbys. It was like I feared him, but I didn't. Or, at least that's what I told myself.
