I grazed around the grass and fed
on grass as green as Earth's bed
And interrupted, I had looked
across the field, something shook
A man with a weapon, to-the-ready
I gazed at him, still and steady
A sharpened arrow, he had shot
That took my life and made me rot.
If the man had realized the pain he caused,
his mind would immediately remove his flaws
maybe to take an arrow into the chest
would open his eyes and put him to rest
on grass as green as Earth's bed
And interrupted, I had looked
across the field, something shook
A man with a weapon, to-the-ready
I gazed at him, still and steady
A sharpened arrow, he had shot
That took my life and made me rot.
If the man had realized the pain he caused,
his mind would immediately remove his flaws
maybe to take an arrow into the chest
would open his eyes and put him to rest
