June 20th, 2008 is a day that started a turn in my life. I had just been wandering around towns on Gaia when I happened to be walking by a fountain where two people were sitting. One of them stopped me as I walked past. His name was One_Winged_Angel. He asked me if I wanted to join a guild. He told me what it was about and then asked me again if i wanted to join. I said "yes". I'd never been in a guild before and it sounded very interesting. He sent me a PM with the link for the guild and I requested to join. I was accepted. I took a look at the guild. It was called Eternal Dawn. I looked in the forums and at the members in the guild. I didn't know much about roleplaying back then. I looked at the main story in the guild, it had already been started, I made a small post. Then I found out where the guild members hung out in towns. I went there and met some of the guild members. I was too talkitive becuase back then I was really shy and wasn't sure how the people would act. Turns out they were all really nice. Over the next few months, i got to know the members better and learned about the story behind the guild and what the members had been through. Having all been in another guild with a corrupt leader who used them (from what I learned). I made some great friends in the guild. Even dating one member, his name being Geo. I began to open up to the guild members and become more talkitive and friendly. I found a best friend and sister in a member named Paki. And even though I was with someone, there was another person that I had fallen in love with from the moment I saw him in the guild base (in towns). I hadn't even said one word to him and he'd never spoken to me, but I was head over heels for him. I'll call him Prince Red (not giving out his real name). It wasn't all happy though. There was plenty of drama due to enemy guilds and spies trying to infiltrate our guild. Then in October, the drama escalated to new heights and our leader couldn't take it anymore. It was too much stress. He closed the guild. Many members went and joined an allied guild. However, a small group of us went on to create a guild of our own. It went well for a little while but soon there was drama outside of the guild between me and three other guild members. Me and another left that guild, soon others followed. I began to hang out with some new people in a place called Abyss. I became friends with so called "corrupt leader" that i'd heard about. Some people didn't like the fact that I was getting close to him. But it wasn't like it was real friendship. I was just doing it becuase I could. I continued to hang out in Abyss as well as another place called Leaf Village. I didn't make as many close friends as I had in the guild but I did make a couple. From that first day that I joined that guild to this very moment today, I've gone from a shy little girl who barely spoke, to someone who is very random and emotional and loved by tons of people. I'm a stronger person and I've learned so much from the other people I've gotten to know. They are the ones that changed me and I'll never forget any of them for as long as I live! Even the ones I don't see anymore! I love you all and I'm thankful for everything that you guys have ever given me!
