Profile Pictures seem to give people on the internet their first impression on you. For example, if you only have pictures of your body it might show you're not fond of your face and are expecting comments saying 'sexy, buff i'd tap that.' Whereas posting Black and White pictures show you like the classic look or you may have flaws or perhaps you want to be mysterious (either way, everybody looks better in Black and White.) How about the whole BMX, Surfing, Skateboarding pictures? You can tell the person loves adrenaline rush but are probably into their sports more than you. Last but not least, the over photoshopped bimbo. You can find them on Myspace everytime and they usually have thousands of views and comments. Stereotypically, they are girls wearing platinum blond hair extensions, fake nails, a lot of make-up, pale pick lipstick ,fake tan and overly photoshopped faces to a point where they look like a cartoon without nostrils.
I'm pretty sure if those type of girls removed their make-up and had photoshop un installed, they would not have so much attention. I really don't get why they have comments such has 'natural beauty' and 'you're the most stunning person ever' because it's such a lie. I admit I use photoshop to correct the colouring and lighten dim images, but I would never distort myself and put fake pixelated make-up on. Also, I use it for photography purposes to make the subject more vivid and stand out.
