I don't like my adviser. She isn't helpful and she is never doing anything in a timely manner. She posted her schedules later then everyone else and she was 15 minutes late to my advising meeting. Am I wrong to want a new adviser? I want someone who keeps their words, on time, and helpful. My adviser didn't even know when I was suppose to register or what my code was. Come on, really? A stranger off the street would be more knowledgeable then she was. I've been getting the run around to get anything done about changing my adviser too. Why? Is it so hard? Changing majors was simple. Changing advisers in the same major is so hard! It doesn't need to be this hard. I'm getting a little mad about all this.
