Writer's Comments(Since I bet not many people read my weirdo comments on the Artists Comments, heh)
Okay, to let you know, a LOT of this was based on my own dreams and lifestyles.
But to boot, I'll give most of the chapters more fantasy based ideas.
And I'll give off a character list and profile, in other literary posts.
~ Jade.
P.S. I'm not gonna be the Stephenie Meyer-ish self inserter. So I'm using Marin and Zoey. Zoey's my friends character, thank you.
--
The dark was all around me.
An orange plush doll sat on my bedroom desk, limp.
I jumped out of bed and glanced at it, hid beneath the covers for only a second, then stood up, and got out of bed, stumbling over to it.
It sat straight up and smirked.
"Marin Cossack... I've been waiting." The doll said, it's voice seemed to shake the ground.
Suprisingly, it wasn't hard to keep my balance.
"So, why are you here, Tails?! My soul? Is it too tainted to bear anymore?"
It seemed to chuckle. It's voice was childish, yet evil.
Like that one god-forsaken talking Barbie doll you always wanted, but when you got, you wanted to throw away the second you saw it.
Satanic.
"Sadly, no. I just wanted to say hello to a good friend..." It nudged it's stuffed head over to the mirror, where my Sonic plush was. But it looked...different. Blank eyes, rips and tears everywhere, and a little red spot on it's left cheek...
Blood.
Right then, as I gasped, that Resort Island theme began to boom from nowhere.
Covering my ears, I screamed at the very peak of my lungs.
It never stopped.
The doll's cackle echoed through my veins, and slowed the song.
I raised my head for just a second, and shuddered. The beat was coming back, but.. It was more...tainted.
Demonic.
I covered my mouth, and shut my eyes tight. That song pierced through my eardrums, and ripped out my heart.
The sight could make just about anyone shudder with delight, or fear.
--
With a scream, I woke in the middle of the night.
"Phew...Just a nightmare..." I muttered, wiping my sweaty forehead.
I looked at my palm and noticed a small post-it note on it.
'Be alive. March Second.' Was what it read.
I gasped, eyes wide. This wasn't a dream.
It was a nightmare, and the beginning of something that even a freak such as myself couldn't guess about.
Back at school, I sat in the library with my friends. Normally, I'd be talking up a total STORM, but this time, I had my head cradled in my left arm, staring at a notebook, drawing the doll I saw in my dream, my Sonic doll next to it.
I sighed.
Zoey, seeing my distress, tilted her head. "Yo, Mar. Something wrong? You've been all down ever since we got here."
I shook my head. "...It's nothing..."
She sighed, resting her head on the palm of her hand. "Marin, just tell me. Or I'll blow your secret about the shock collar."
Marin shuddered. "NONONONONONO....Fine. I had this...weird dream..."
"You always have weird dreams."
"THIS WAS DIFFERENT! There was a doll that ripped my heart out, and when I woke up, there was a note on my head telling me to be alive in MARCH! MARCH IS ONLY A FRIGGIN' MONTH AWAY, MAN!" My panic attack seemed to anger the librarian.
She looked our way, and gave a motion telling us to be quiet.
I nodded and turned around.
Zoey nodded. "...Yep, your crazy."
I growled. "I knew I shoulda just let the secret be blown."
Zoey giggled. "I wouldn't.~"
Yet again, I sighed. "...My stomach hurts..." I muttered, and slumped.
"Go see the nurse, then," Zoey sighed.
I nodded, obediently, and went to see the nurse.
Strangely, I was sent home.
They said I was too wobbly to go alone, and might get hurt, so they sent Zoey to escort me home, because my older sister was busy at work.
--
Stepping back into the apartment, I sighed.
There was another note.
I picked it up.
'Exposure to darkness shall awaken your heartless.
Then exporsure to light shall rid your heart of that fright'
I crumpled the note.
Everything was simply too weird to handle.

~ Jade
--
I had another dream the next day.
But it wasn't like the last one.
It was all...floaty.
I was fighting alongside people I've never even seen.
There was a vampire named Emily, a girl named Shard, and a boy named Jasper.
Me and Zoey were fighting alongside them, in some sort of war.
--Wait...Someone just jumped in front of me!
A redhead blocked the blow from a creature in white...
What the...Small blue embers just seemed to come out of nowhere--...Shard's weapon!
What kind of dream is this?? It's so...strange.
Am I...Defenseless?
Even Zoey's fighting alongside these people...
--
I jolted up from my sleep once again, and rubbed my head.
Nothing was there. I looked over at my Sonic plush.
It was holding something.
I picked it up, it looked like Shard's weapon.
Just...different.
On a key chain was a gold ring, like in the games.
The color pattern was red and gold at the base, then at the tip, it was shaped like Sonic's spines, colored blue and gold.
The handle's pattern was...amazing.
Like nothing I've ever seen.
'Sonic Firestorm' was what popped into my head.
I set the strange craft down, and lay back down.
Closing my eyes, I saw something.
Was it...Sonic?
No, it couldn't be.
But then something popped into my head.
'Get out of the way! It's gonna attack!'
Something pulled me out of bed, when a ball of orange jumped into my bed and tore my pillows to shreads.
Eyes wide, I shook my head.
"Is this a dream?"
My head turned to face the real deal.
Blue fur, emerald eyes, white gloves and cuffs, and red shoes.
Sonic the hedgehog.
"Sheesh, that was a close one, wasn't it? Don't wanna get killed by the enemy, do ya?" He asked.
I nodded, shocked.
Sonic tilted his head. "...You look like your hallucinating...Are you suprised to see me?"
Once more, I nodded.
He laughed, and got out the blade I saw when I woke up. "Get behind me." He said. "This doll's gonna keep comin' atcha unless we can do something about it!"
"WAIT!" I called. "Why is it attacking me?"
Sonic looked back at me. "It's attacking for your soul! There's another attacking your friend. Knuckles is dealing with protecting her for now, but we gotta get out of here as soon as possible to meet up with 'em!"
I sighed. "...This is so weird..." I closed my eyes, and got behind him.
The doll lunged at us.
It looked different than the one in my dreams.
Eyes a crimson red, one tail, white markings across it's body.
Armor on it's hands and feet, giving it a disturbing appearance, those metal blades could cut through anything, I thought.
The blade that Sonic held blocked the blow with ease, a light blue force came from the key chain, went up the blade, and shot the doll back where it hit.
Sonic grabbed my arm by the wrist. "C'mon! We gotta meet up with your friend!"
I nodded.
Dashing out of my room, the doll chased after, but wasn't at match for Sonic's speed.
I had to close my eyes to prevent getting dizzy.
--
In the middle of a street, I could see a red echidna and Zoey, on that echidna's back.
"Sonic! You're late!"
Sonic sighed as he approached the echidna.
"Knuckles, their here. We need to get the new recruits outta here as soon as possible."
I pursed my lips together.
"New recruits-- What?! I didn't agree to anything..."
Sonic sighed.
"Sadly, we need you and Zoey's powers. You may not know, but you possess what Tails wants."
Zoey held her hand up.
"WAIT, MAN! Isn't Tails your friend? Where is he? And why does he want something of mine and Marin's?!"
Knuckles growled.
"TAILS IS..."
Sonic stopped Knuckles by nudging him.
"...Tails isn't with us. He was killed by the Tails Doll a few months back."
I nodded. "I see, now... So the Tails Doll is after us for...our souls, if I'm right?"
Knuckles nodded. "The purest souls of...Should we tell them, your Majesty?"
Sonic nodded. "Go ahead."
"Alright. The purest souls of each world is what Tails is after. The more he devours, the more powerfull. He's got alot as is, so he gained the power to create copies of himself, but they have their differences. The ones that you saw were the Rejects. The weakest of Tails' others."
I could tell my expression was confused.
Zoey yawned. "So we need to get rid of these...Rejects?"
"There's more than just the Rejects. So keep on your guard."
Sonic handed a sword to Zoey, and a Staff to me.
"You need to fend off your town. We'll meet up with you at the town square, got that?"
Zoey and I nodded. "Yes, sir!" We said in unison.
And we ran in our separate directions.

Jade Again.
I've really been thinking up new ideas for this story.
Truth be told, I can't think up much good...
Heck, I wonder if many people even read my stories.
~Freak.
--
Running through the hoards of Rejects, taking several down on the way, I felt different.
Like a kind of adrenaline was rushing through my veins.
"Aw, yeah! This is happenin'!" I couldn't help but holler out loud.
A freezing blast burst out of the tip of my staff, freezing about ten Rejects infront of me.
Hurtling forward, I kicked the ice, shattering them all.
It felt wonderful to be in this fight.
Zoey hurtled through the hoards as well, taking them all on fearlessly, the ones she couldn't fight with just her blade, she needed more.
So she added some stealth.
Rejects are creatures that can't think on their own, so their the marionettes of Tails' act.
Just the puppets of one large act.
When their purpose is fulfilled, they'll be cast away.
Knowing this, Zoey felt barely any fear.
She made it to the town square after finishing her part.
Sonic and Knuckles were finished.
Now they were waiting for me.
Sadly, I don't think I could make it.
I was surrounded, and they dog-piled on top of me.
It felt strange.
Feeling like I was being pulled down a hole.
It felt like I was out cold, somehow.
But a voice forced me to open my eyes.
'Awaken, child.'
I sat up, looking around.
Darkness.
I looked down.
It was a stained glass flooring.
It looked like other heroes from the past.
Something popped within my head, their named.
There was a pink hedgehog girl in a dazzling red and white gown, holding a large 'piko piko' hammer.
I think I got her name right.
"The princess Mobius, Amy Rose..." I said to myself.
There were three birdlike creatures.
The green feathered one was wearing great silver armor, he looked invincible.
Next to him was a female, violet-feathered one, holding a staff with a dragon-like skull on top of it.
"Leader of warriors, Jet the Hawk, and Mistress Witch-ling, Wave the Swallow" Popped out of my mouth.
Then I saw three familiar faces.
Sonic, Knuckles, --
Something wasn't right.
Tails wasn't there.
Instead it was...Shadow?
I walked up a red staircase, leading to another stained floor.
There was more, but this was different.
A lavender cat-like animal was in the center, wearing a flowing violet and red gown, balls of flame were held in her hands.
"Princess of Sol, Blaze the Cat."
Next to her in great golden armor was a white hedgehog.
"Prince of Telekinesis, Silver the Hedgehog."
I ran up the next staircase.
It was only two.
Tails and his other.
The Tails Doll.
Surrounding them were the rejects.
Looking around, there were Rejects surrounding the floor, but they didn't attack.
Several pedestals shot up from nowhere, topping them were strange objects.
Gloves with odd mint green markings on them.
A...large emerald.
Two gleaming, ruby bracelets.
On the other side of me, there was more.
A blade similar to Sonic's.
Iron knuckles.
A black and green hammer.
And...a green beam?
'Choose three wisely. These weapons shall be bound to you on your journey to a new world.'
I folded my arms.
"...What?" I pursed my lips, confused.
'Choose soon. The Rejects are getting ravenous!'
I gritted my teeth, and slipped on the bracelets.
Similar ones appeared on my ankles, and I felt warmer.
' The power of flames engulfs your heart, lighting even the strongest darkness.' I heard a voice say.
I looked around.
The gloves seemed nice, so I slipped them on.
I looked down, and my shoes seemed like boots.
And was I wearing...a skirt?!
' Psychokinesis is a great power, moving what normally cannot be moved.' A feminine voice said within my mind.
"One more left... I guess..."
I grabbed the beam, and it took form of a blade.
On the keychain, it was the head used in Sonic's logo.
The base of the blade looked mysterious, with stars at the ends of spikes. The key-like part was all....Crazy.
The spine-like part was super sharp.
Probably as sharp as the armor on the Rejects.
'Alright. Sieze the girl, my servants.' The voice boomed.
I looked up.
"WHAT?! I thought you were helping me!!!" I hollered.
The Rejects dashed at me, I blocked with the blade.
'Mobius Rage' Shot into my head.
The bracelets on my wrists and ankles flared with fire, the gloves' patterns shined green, the flames turned green, and were dragged onto the Mobius Blade.
I smirked.
"I like this choice!" I cheered.
Jumping at the Rejects, they jumped back.
Swinging the Blade at them, they vanished to the shadows.
' Grrrr.... You seem to pay no mind to much, girl.'
I looked around.
"Who is that?!" I questioned.
"SHOW YOUR FACE TO ME!" I cried.
" Show my face? ...As you wish, then." I could hear a chuckle from behind, and I whirled around.
A boy with white hair was standing there, smirking.
"I see you chose some interesting powers. But can your heart get used to them in time?" He spoke.
I blinked. "What are you talking about?"
A dark blade materialized in his hand.
" GET READY!" He hollered.
Then everthing just went...Blank....

Morning, Day Unknown

Yeah, I went to some thinking, read some of KH's Chain of Memories, and I think I finally got something.
Hopefully there's not much reference.

--
As I fell out cold, it felt like something left from within me.
I don't know much, but it hurt like heck.
'Aww, you've been on the run for so long, Shadow. I thought you'd at least put up a FIGHT!'
Another sharp pain shot through me.
Then I knew it.
I wasn't unconcious, I was blinded!
As he went for another blow, I blocked with my forearm.
"My name isn't Shadow, whoever your are. It's MARIN!" I hollered, pushing him back.
Stumbling backward, he caught his balance.
"Really? You don't remember ANYTHING from before this... Then I guess I'll refresh your memory a bit!"
He hurtled to the side, dashed forward, and went for a blow at my side.
Taken off guard, I was blown to the ground at an instant, a cry was released.
It echoed. Everything else was empty.
Looking at the ground, the stained glass flooring had changed.
There were thirteen black-hooded characters, seeming to close in on something.
In the middle was...that redheaded girl I've seen in my dreams.
At her hands was a blade similar to mine and Sonic's.
I came to my senses, and shook my head. What was going on here?
A foot pressed against my torso, bounding me to the ground.
I winced.
"My name is Riku. Better remember it this time, Shadow."
Growling, I could tell something shined in my eye.
"My name IS NOT Shadow! It's MARIN! GET IT RIGHT!" I cried.
Riku smirked. "Or so you think." He said.
Then everything went blank again.
I sank into something.
Blackness surrounded me.
I shut my eyes tight and hugged my shoulders.
"What's going on?" I asked nobody.
It felt like a large hand grabbed me, and released my arms, and pulled me down.
Screaming, I held my hands forward.
"...H...H-H....SOMEONE, HEELP!" I cried out, tears streaming down my cheeks.
Out of nowhere, a hand grabbed me by the wrist, and pulled me out.

Day 3
A New Journey
--
Big time two in one.
I finally got it.
--
Writhing on the ground, I could hear even myself scream.
A pair of arms wrapped around me, hushing me, and rousing me from my nightmare.
A new face, but it seemed so familiar.
"Thank goodness your awake. I couldn't help but notice you were drowning in the water when I was taking a stroll. Are you new around here?"
I blinked several times, my eyes adjusting to the bright light.
"Yeah, guess I am," I muttered to myself.
The girl smiled, and stood up straight.
"I see! My name's Shard Cossack. Who're you?"
A spark lit within my belly, it was another one from my dreams!
"My name's Marin....Marin......I can't remember..."
Shard tilted her head.
"I see, you've got a case of amnesia!"
I sighed, then something sparked in my mind. Looking around frantically, I could see nobody around.
No Zoey.
No Sonic.
No Knuckles.
I growled, then hiccuped, tears forming in my eyes.
"What happened to my home?!...My friends...." I dropped to my knees, wiping my eyes.
Shard pursed her lips, then kneeled to my side.
"Don't worry, Marina-chan. If you can't find your friends, you can hang with me until they find you or something...Or you could go around and search for 'em."
I shook my head.
"Searching would make it more painfull..."
Shard nodded. "Understood. It's your choice. But for now, what's mine is yours, and what's yours is mine. We share, okay?"
I nodded. "Um...Okay..."
Looking around, I blinked. "So...where are we?"
Shard sighed. "We're in Station Square. Things have been kinda flippy, though. So my parents are thinking about training me to fight back."
"I see... So your area has strange creatures, too? Can ya give me a description?"
Shard nodded. "Well, they were white....and...had some weirdo mark...."
"...I think I might know what you're talking about..."
Shard perked. "Really? Can you tell me why they have zippers for mouths, then?!"
My shoulders sagged down. "...Wrong white thing."
A clang could be heard, and it felt like the ground was shaking.
Shard looked up. "Train must be comin'," She said.
I looked up as smoke kicked off of the ground as the train stopped.
The doors slid open, and several people slipped out.
Smoke slightly hazed my sight, but they seemed to be wearing black.
Shard swished the smoke away from her. "...Marin...I have a feeling we should ru-"
She was cut off by a point, and a holler.
"THERE SHE IS! THE SHADOWBEARER!"
One of them walked out of the crowd, smirking.
His hood was down.
"Don't mind them."
He held his hand out to me, his smirk lightened to an innocent-like smile.
I tilted my head.
"Sorry...I don't shake hands with people I don't trust."
As I put a foot behind me to run, something jolted within me.
I knew this guy.
Sounding his name out as his face imprinted within my mind.
"R.....rrrr...."
I bit my lip, and shut my eyes tight. I felt embarassed, and wanted to run more than ever.
"You can do it. I know you can remember me." He coaxed.
"Rrooo...."
He chuckled, and threw me into a hug.
"You already got the second letter wrong! You should remember, it's me, Ren!"
I opened my eyes, at first I thought his spiked hair had a tint of yellow to it- my eyes must still have been adjusting-, but they were actually silver.
"...Sorry, I don't remember ya, prolly never will if I knew ya." I said, breaking free of his grasp, and walking away.
I felt slightly...emptier.

Ren held out his hand, a look of shame twinkled in his eyes.
"...Jade...Please, just come back...."
I looked behind myself and growled.
"I thought you and your ingrate gangmates were calling me 'shadow'. Now you're gonna call me 'Jade'?"
Ren's shoulders sagged. It looked like he was about to cry.
"...Jade. That's your--" He was cut off as a hand covered his mouth. "?!"
Another person in a black hood was behind him.
"Ren, don't do -that- just yet."
I growled. "Now, who are you?!" I questioned.
He pulled his hood down.
Were those...Rose petals?
They spun downward out of nowhere, as if...I don't know how to say it but...
It was freaky.
"The name's Xach."
Green hair, brown eyes.
I knew something wasn't right.
"...Your voice sounds..."
Xach sighs. "I'm a girl."
I sighed in relief. "Good to know."
Xach growls. "Thought I was a boy?"
I nodded. "Y-yeah..."
Church bells were ringing far away.
I thought it was my imagination.
Xach was silent, then began to laugh.
"Well, now. Your funeral's already waiting! We'll extract that fire of yours and put it where it belongs. Back in Shadow's body!"
I took another step back. "WHO THE HECK IS SHADOW?!" I hollered.
Nobody answered, but something brushed past me.
I felt something warm run down my shoulder, to my wrist.
Putting a hand to my neck, I checked.
Blood.
Fresh, too.
My eyes widened, shuddering, I began to feel weak.
I fell to my knees almost immediately.
--
Blood.
Fresh, too.
My eyes widened, shuddering, I began to feel weak.
I fell to my knees almost immediately.
--
Ugh, today was a long day.
I had to leave my sister hanging while I had to finish shoveling.
The scoop part broke, and now I'm just kinda ticked.
~Jade
--
It was blood running from my neck.
I could just make out Xach's weapon from my eyesight, which was beginning to fade out.
On one hand was a gauntlet, with claws that could grow for miles, I believed.
The other?
A guillotine blade, looking like it was crystalline.
Everything went black, then.
A hand roughly grabbed me by the wrist and hefted me up.
I should have screamed, but nothing came out.
It felt like this floaty feeling that you're not supposed to have.
Something wasn't right.
Wasn't I supposed to be dying?
Then why do I feel this...scorching burst of energy?
I could hear screaming.
It was clear, not gurgling like voices would be as you bleed to your demise.
A scorching sensation went over my wound, and my eyesight returned.
Standing up, I looked around.
It looked like there was a shadow of myself across the room, but it had red hair.
Was it...No...
Everyone was defending theirselves against her, but then she saw me.
I could see her black eyes right there.
"...Ja--"
I was cut off, as the shadowy flames were sent all over me.
Smoke filled the area, but no alarms went off.
But it felt like my lungs would burst.
Mobius appeared in my hand, and I jumped out of the flames.
Shard took a step back, scared. "...Ma...Mari...n?" She asked.
I changed form...
Not myself anymore.
I was...A Shadow of my true self...
Jade giggled. "...Well, well. I've taken on a new state." She said to herself.
I felt like a spirit, released from -my- body.
Sitting, watching.
Jade looked my way, a smile on her face, and pointed.
I looked behind myself, and saw a reject with many arms...
Wait..were they...tentacles?
I could feel what would happen.
Much pain.
The 'arms' wrapped around my wrists and ankles, and pulled me into the ground.
Honestly, I don't wish to tell what happened.
But it -was- painful.
Thank goodness that girl stopped it before it got...worse...
Ehehe... I wouldn't want to be birthing Reject infants at 13, now.
It's just...kinda disturbing.
--
Day 4, Coming Out of Her Cage, Returning.
--
I felt like I was fading.
In a different room.
Within a...crystal casing?
Shard was outside of it, wiping tears from her eyes.
"...Marin...Jade...I want to go with you to your world...And see what it's like..."
Jade was just stepping in.
"Believe me, Shard. You'll see the kingdom with me and Marin, when your time comes."
Shard's knees were wobbly.
A bright light was shining, and everything went blank.
--
"Marin! MAARIIN!" I could hear a familiar voice cry.
Tightening my eyes, then slowly opening them, I could see terminals and screens.
"...Zo...ey...?" I asked.
Zoey threw me into a sisterly hug.
"DAMMIT, MARMAR, YOU SCARED ME HALF TO GODDAMN DEATH!" She cheered.
I gave a nervous laugh. "Zoey, you're acting like my parents did when I strayed away from them in the shopping mall..."
Zoey thought for a second, then let go.
"Sorry 'bout that, Mar. You disappeared when me and the others were kicking Reject a** and all... Then Sonic found your unconcious body in the middle of nowhere in Green Hill... We thought you were in a coma."
I sat up, holding my head, slightly dizzy.
"...You should have seen it, Zoey...It felt like I was in...that game..."
Zoey tilted her head. "...Really?"
I nodded. "Stained glass floors, monsters lacking one of the humane proportions, and villains. Heck, I coulda sworn I seen Riku, and then I was in this world...Someone almost killed me..."
Zoey pursed her lips, then smiled.
"We need to be on our guard, then. S'pecially you."
--
The Umbreon's name is Roku.
Note: No other idea would fit. And I am not an AkuRoku shipper. *shudder* Yaoi, ew...
--
Sitting within the Falcon Starchaser XVII, everything was boring.
Zoey had a game boy advance in hand, eyes half open.
I sat at her shoulder, watching.
Noticing a silver haired sprite, gasping, I jolted backward.
And yes, I hit my head.
"THAT'S THE PERSON I SA- ow..." My voice echoed, and I fell to my rear.
Zoey looked at me with a funny look. "Wait...when you disappeared...You saw... RIKU?! ...Holy crap, man!!! DISAPPEAR AGAIN, AND TAKE ME WITH Y-......" She looked away, a faint red on her cheeks. "I'm jealous!"
Knuckles, steering the vessel, turned away from view. "WOULD BOTH OF YOU JUST SHUT UP?!"
Sonic sighed and took the wheel. "Knux, pay attention! We could hit an asteroid!"
Knuckles shrugged. "I could take it on!" He said, dull mindedly.
I shook my head. "But asteroids are huge."
Zoey was busy pouting, not paying attention to anything. "(Aww, Marin gets all the fun!)"
I perked. "...I wanna drive!"
Knuckles shook his head. "Nope."
"I SAID I WANNA BE THE PILOOOOT!" I whined, tapping Knuckles' head with my fists.
Sonic sighs.
I forced myself to the wheel and started making the ship do loops.
About 15 minutes later, we almost crashed five times, had to stop 7 times to get rid of dizziness, and once Knux had to go to the bathroom.
Then they wrestled me out of the seat.
Sonic tripped, landing on the power source.
A fire-red chaos emerald.
It glowed, and then a red flash appeared infront of us.
Sonic and Knuckles gasped. "IS THAT-" They said, and paused in unison.
It was... I think.
Tails Doll?
It chuckled.
But...it looked more like Tails then the Doll.
But...all stitched up...
HE smiled.
"Hello, Sonic...Knuckles..."
He floated upward, looking behind them.
"...NiTE, and Zoey."
I perked. "...Another weird name..." I growled.
Zoey shrugged.
Sonic growled. "...Damn yo....you....Tails Do....doll...."
Tails cackled.
Zoey gagged. It sounded like blood gargling, but it also sounded like a little boy.
But...deep...
Her head dropped, she held her hands to her head.
A sharp pain went through.
Tails' head lurched up, he was standing on the front window of the vessel, now.
"Aww, looks like one of your crew is in pain! Why doncha end it? Oh, WAIT! I know why! YOU DON'T KNOW HER TRUE INTENTION, YET!" He cackled once more.
Knuckles ran to Zoey's side. "I'll take her to the infirmary, Sonic, you handle this! And Marin, try to hide."
A look of confusion crossed my face. "...What?"
Sonic growled, the red emerald glowed.
I started to feel faint. "...Tails...please, STOP THIS!" I cried out.
He cackled once more.
"...Ah, the help of comerades? Well, why not help a....new comerade in sheer danger?" He snapped his fingers, and that redhead appeared in his hands.
Her hair was in her face, but I could tell, her expression was in pain.
He tilted his head to his side.
"...Now, now, what to do? Let you suffocate, or toss you to a world, and let the fools play hide-and-seek?"
He looked puzzled, then threw her backwards.
"Whoops, slipped my hand!" He said in a sarcastic tone.
Sonic growled, his ears folded back as Tails faded, then put the vessel back into gear, following the thrown body.
