Never Going Back


Two people is all there were
And that has made all the difference
Both know that neither can go back
Their seperate roads are now one
Knowing they'll be together forever
She's worn his high school ring on a chain
She sighs with pleasure when she touches it
He wears a smile when he sees her
She then returns that smile with a kiss
And both know they're never going back.
