A sweet, comforting base of dark chocolate and brown sugar with thirteen herbs of good fortune, including nutmeg, Tonka, allspice, star anise, Jamaican and African gingers, devil’s shoestring, lucky hand root, and thyme".)
In bottle: Chocolate, brown sugar and tonka are strongest, but the spices are present and well blended. Wet: The Ginger comes out strongly over the chocolate/sugar, with the nutmeg and allspice strengthening slowly. Dry: This ends up a beautiful balance between the chocolate/sugar and the spices. This is one of the best uses of the ginger note I’ve seen.
