So Many Ways…

So many ways,
To end my life.
You can give me a razor, or even a knife.
You can load this gun, fire at will!
Refuse to do that? Just give me that pill.
You can mark the grave,
And lay me down in it,
Fill it with dirt,
And let me just sit.
Too dirty for you?
Well here’s an easier way:
Don’t watch your actions,
Don’t watch what you say.
Just let it all out,
No thought of delay…
Your words can hurt,
They cut and they slash,
They leave open wounds,
They gash and they gash,
They can fester and infect,
Eat me from the inside out…
But this you can’t detect,
No, your words you just shout,
Your actions you let loose!
So you know what you did?
You practically tied this noose,
It’s held around my breaking heart.
The rope, it hangs from my throat,
Your fingerprints are on that part!
Actions speak louder than words,
And well, your words they screamed!
You found a way to kill me so it seems…
So as I lay here heart in tatters,
You hardly notice,
I don’t even matter!
I loved you, thought the feeling was mutual…
From the way you acted,
And the things that you did.
I could’ve swore we were attracted,
But obviously not!
As you so proved,
So don’t worry,
From now on,
It’s my life that will be removed!
