There are some humans born with irregular powers.Those who are are shunned from society and either were killed by vigiliante mobs( Not saying you will be killed though you can always fight back and kill them)or go in hiding.The land consists of four places.There is a forest,mountains,desert, and swamp land.In the middle of it all is the town.
