A popular magasine has recently published a list of 8 steps to calm a person down during a stressful day.
Step 1- Close your eyes and picture yourself in an open field.
Step 2- Imagine that you can see a river running next to you.
Step 3- You can hear the birds flying in the sky.
Step 4- You can hear a waterfall not far away.
Step 5- Feel the sun shinning on your skin.
Step 6- The river is so clear that you can see the rocks on the river bed.
Step 7- You look into the water and see the face of the person that has made your day so stressful as you drown them.
