I'm really getting irritated by this fact. It simply will not function properly. I've checked the forums to see if anyone else has the same problem. Well, I've found more than enough people to finally realize.. it's an epidemic! eek
Oh no! It's like a plague or something has gone through GaiaOnline and wiped out our Gains characters as they slept! scream It all started with the new update.. stare I just started to play zOMG too!!!
I was playing zOMG that day it was updated. The game froze on me. So I shut the zOMG game off and took care of some things around my home. whee When I returned.. neutral What the...!! Why can I not get zOMG to function? I was calm at first.. stare I closed the zOMG window. I waited for about five minutes. I didn't actually wait five minutes though.. It was about 3 minutes! razz So I click 'zOMG!' from the menu of the Games.. uh.. I think they're called tabs. Okay, I click the 'zOMG!' in the Games tab and start zOMG again.Still I got nothing.
This really, for a lack of a better word, scream SUX! scream
The following day I tried to load zOMG again. Fail...
At this point I was beginning to make up little reasons why zOMG is behaving like this. They included, but were not limited to..
1. The Animated have found me sleeping on zOMG and killed me in my sleep. xp
2. Maybe GaiaOnline is upset at me for having amassed 201 orbs from killing so many AlarmSkeeters and Air Fluffs. wink
3. Or perhaps it was because I was knocked out and sent to the Null Chamber before I had the Quest to learn about the Null Chamber. eek Nah! That couldn't be a reason! xp
4. GaiaOnline hates me! sad
5. I'm going to delete this account!! scream
But as soon as I made that comment about deleting my account, I decided to go look on the forums again. And who do I find? I find this interesting Topic described simply as "Item Giveaway'. stare "Hmm...?", I thought to myself. "Let me check this out." Aki Tora had some items that she didn't mind giving away. eek "Sweet!"
It wasn't just a 'I want this gimme gimme'. No, I don't think those exist! Do they? This was something I've never seen before. It was a sort of contest. The rules were simple. She would post an item that she didn't mind giving away. And the very first person who posts "Mine".. Wins! razz Sounds like a nice game, I'll try it.
I refreshed the page again and again, I read the comments of the previous postings. I had to be quick too. You couldn't even blink or you would miss something. xp Aki Tora posted! She informed the winner of the previous item and posted a new item for the contest. I forgot what it was! xp Immediately I click Post Reply and type in my signature opening, Hey Gaians, Mister_Donut here! I typed in the word 'Mine' and ended with my ' biggrin biggrin ' as always.. clicked submit..
Ha ha ha. i just looked for my first post in that 'Item Giveaway and the first item I seen were 'Elemental Wings' I thought I was quick with my post. wink But I was fourth to say 'Mine!' xd So I waited for Aki Tora's next post. I kept refreshing to see what she'll say to the winner of the previous item. Here's a copy of what she said..
