"Do you want to hang out sometime?"
Just a few words led Kendra to another world. "Y-yea-sure..." She found herself walking with his arm around her waist. Is he supposed to be doing that? Is that normal? Are we moving too fast? When are we going to...! Dare she even think about finishing her thought? She had read stories about romance and read mangas about love, but she never thought it would happen to her. Her face turned red, unknown to him. He was constantly on her mind. Does he think of me too, the same way I think about him?
There were definite things that stopped her. He was older, and especially more experienced in love than she was. Her first boyfriend, and yet she always imagined it differently. She always thought they'd be two people, flustered and shy together. They'd work together and ease themselves to the point of sharing a sweet, long awaited, and meaningful... Her face turned red again. her heart pounded at that word... kiss.
