Driving down the road, I looked at the traffic in front of me. Red taillights beamed into my eyes like rays of lazers. The dawn started arriving on the horizon, making the sun's light suddenly lay on the asphalt and moving cars.
Interstate 95 was starting to grow on me like a rash. I drive on it almost everyday, its like an addiction. But if you were addicted to driving and the speed that lies on it like i do, you'd be driving everyday, always looking either ahead or behind at the following or followed traffic.
Something out-of-the-ordinary struck me as i was following the traffic. It was as if i heard gunshots in the distance over the rumbles of the cars. I looked around, but saw no gunfights or gunfire.
Suddenly, a car engulfed in flames soared in the air overhead. It touched down, landing on a sports car and crushing its roof to no end. I nearly hit the heaping pile of wreckage as i dodged it quick. I was in full shock; my hands clenched to the wheel so much that i almost couldnt shift my Mustang into 4th. I managed to get the .45 caliber pistol out of my glove box with shaking hands.
I passed more vehicles and suddenly saw gunfire coming from three cars. Sparks were going everywhere. The riders of the cars all had automatic weapons and looked like they all knew how to use them. I kept on staring while i was driving about 20 feet in behind them. I saw clearly now that two cars were shooting at one car, which looked like it took a large beating.
Suddenly, one car that was shooting at the other lone car blew a tire and now slid out of control right at my Mustang...
